As a Cybersecurity Consultant/Engineer, you will work within a large international environment of over 7,000 workplaces, built on a hybrid Microsoft cloud/on-premises infrastructure in an outsourced setting. You will play a key role in protecting this complex landscape and will have direct influence on global security strategy.

You will design and implement advanced security solutions, collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure and rapid delivery pipelines, and strengthen resilience across hybrid environments. Your focus includes safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability through both technical and organisational measures, driving innovation in threat mitigation, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall security architecture.

Over de rol

Develop, implement, and improve security policies and controls (ISO 27001/27002).
Shape security strategy for hybrid environments (cloud & on-prem).
Advise senior stakeholders on risks and global security posture.
Design and optimise security architectures (M365, Defender, Azure, IAM, network segmentation, encryption, backup/DR).
Automate and integrate security tooling to increase efficiency and resilience.
Enhance application and DevOps security, including CI/CD pipelines.
Lead threat intelligence, vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response workflows.

Wat wij vragen

University degree in IT/Cybersecurity and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCIE, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor).
Strong expertise with ISO 27001 and hybrid security architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud security, IAM, SIEM, network security, and encryption.
